The provided services are classified under the following code of the Common Vocabulary of Public Contracts (CPV): 90500000-2 - Services related to waste and waste Offers are submitted for the total required service, as detailed in the 05.06.2025 study of the competent Financial Service. The estimated contract value amounts to twenty-four million eight hundred seventy-six thousand four hundred ninety-one euros and eight cents (24,876,491.08€) excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: 30,846,848.94€, VAT value: 5,970,357.86€), for a provided service duration of two (2) years, with an option for extension and salary adjustment of 50% on the estimated contract amount, valued at twelve million four hundred thirty-eight thousand two hundred forty-five euros and fifty-four cents (12,438,245.54€) excluding VAT (Option value including VAT: 15,423,424.47€ excluding VAT, VAT value: 2,985,178.93€) and the right to extend for an additional two (2) years, valued at twenty-four million eight hundred seventy-six thousand four hundred ninety-one euros and eight cents (24,876,491.08€) excluding 24% (estimated value including VAT: 30,846,848.94€, VAT value: 5,970,357.86€). The duration of the contract is set for a period of two (2) years, starting the service immediately after the end of the existing contract, to cover the positions needed for the operation of the required actions. In case of modification of the commencement dates of the provided services due to delays in conducting the tendering process or delays in the operation of the projects for any reason, a corresponding shift of the commencement and ending dates of the provided service will be stipulated in the contractual terms, without any change in the time duration for each provided service and without a change in the economic subject. A clear amendment clause regarding the extension of the contract that will arise for an additional two (2) years is foreseen in the contract documents, maintaining exactly the same terms as the initial contract according to what is detailed in the 05.06.2025 Study.
