The subject of this call for tenders is engineering services - HLS - (LPH 4 to 9), plant group (s) 1, 2 and 3, for the new construction of the St. Anna kindergarten in Rattenkirchen.
On the hall number 12/4 of the district of Rattenkirchen, Klebinger Straße 7, the new construction of a 2-group day care center (1 nursery + 1 kindergarten groups) was to be erected and an existing building was to be demolished in the stock. At the time of planning, LPH 3 was completed with the cost calculation in February 2021. The municipality of Rattenkirchen submitted an application for the extension of daycare centers to include an additional addition for a second kindergarten group on February 26, 2021. As a result, a project extension was detected. Due to the significant change in the project and the project costs are exceeded, a new call for planning services is required.
The LPH 3, with the planning for a 2-group day care center, was completed by all participating specialist planners by February 2021. The creation of a fire protection concept is planned for LPH 4. With the application of the municipality of Rattenkirchen, is a structural extension to plan a 2nd kindergarten group for the daycare center with all specialist disciplines and to update the cost calculation. The next project goal is to prepare and submit the construction application documents (LPH 4) and then carry out execution planning (LPH 5).
The building is divided into two wings. The crib or children's garden groups are located in each case. The day care center has 2-3 group rooms, a multi-purpose room, two relaxation rooms, kitchen with dining area, toilet areas for children and staff and guests, a disabled toilet, adjoining and storage rooms, a staff room and a technical room. The installations and systems are carried out as a daycare center according to requirements and usage. The applicable regulations (EnEV and eeWärmeG) can only be complied with with the use of renewable energy techniques. Plant group 1 (wastewater, water and gas systems), plant group 2 (heat supply systems) and plant group 3 (ventilation systems) are taken into account during MEP planning.
The extension to include a 3rd group must be carried out in coordination with object planning and specialist planners.
The subject of this call for tenders is engineering services within the meaning of Part 4, Section 2 HOAI (Technical Equipment) - HLS - for the performance phase - LPH 4 to 9 for the new construction of the kindergarten St. Anna in Rattenkirchen, including part of LPH 3's services, remunerated 5% instead of 17% in accordance with § 55 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 3 HOAI.
The following assets of the fixed asset group (s) have to be processed:
- Plant group 1: wastewater, water or gas systems
- Plant group 2: heat supply systems
- Plant group 3: ventilation systems
