IT infrastructure lines for BMW BKK

The subject of this invitation to tender is a framework agreement with an economic operator over a period of 24 months with a two-time unilaterally available extension option by the contracting entity for 12 months (total 48 months) concerning:

- Step-by-step takeover of services from today's service provider from 01.11.2021 and handover to the following service provider at the end of the framework agreement

- operating performance for BMW BKK's own IT components, consisting of:

- physical server and storage infrastructure

- the first and second level of virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer, and XenApp)

- database and application servers

- infrastructure services

- the enaio document management system with all components

- document management, in particular the SmartFix and PuroS components with the corresponding interfaces

- office and specialist applications

- Application level support for the aforementioned BMW BKK own IT components as well as for the connection of external systems, especially BITMARCK and components of output management as well as to Microsoft Exchange in close coordination with the respective external partners (e.g. BMW AG)

- implementation of necessary changes as well as reprogramming and further development of existing small tools (e.g. monitoring), scripts, applications, interface adaptations, etc. for the operation of IT systems and IT applications

- Training, coaching and know-how transfer to BMW BKK IT staff

- Creation and maintenance of various IT documentation and IT concepts

- General consulting services in the context of BMW BKK IT.
