The purpose of this tender is to reach an Agreement with one Contractor for the provision of services in the field of a Case System in accordance with the requirements and wishes of the Client.

The Assignment to be tendered includes:

• Providing a case system that supports the work in a case- and object-oriented way.

• Implementing the case system by providing integration, configuration, training, documentation and support.

• Migrating existing data to a form that can be used by the case system to be delivered.

The objectives of the assignment are:

• Replacement of the current Decos Join package;

• Unify activities;

• Information-driven and object-oriented work;

• Making the processes case-oriented;

•Quality;

• Be ready for cooperation through the DSO within the framework of the Environmental Act.
