The overall objective of this contract is to establish a facility to support the dialogue in the context of the EU Neighbourhood policy with particular reference to meetings in the context of the Union for the Mediterranean.

To this end, the contractor will ensure the organisation and conduit of conferences, meetings etc. that take place in person or online. The contractor may be asked to organise the logistics of the meeting, including distributing invitations, set-up the venue of the event that may be the UfM Secretariat, a hotel or any other facility, located in the EU or in a neighbouring country, organise a hostess/steward service and interpretation. For sponsored participants, the contractor will facilitate the visa request, book transport and hotel for them and manage the per-diems.

For online meetings, the contractor will provide the meeting platform and interpretation.
