The transaction concerns two real estate programs:

- Residence du Braguet: Development of 10 collective social rental housing inside a building of the former ÉHPAD Soussial. These units will be labeled "inclusive housing for the elderly" and shared spaces will be provided that will allow common activities for all residents of the residence.

-Alfred de Musset residence: Construction of 5 individual social rental housing units

The contract to be concluded as a result of the procedure initiated will be the execution of the following tasks of management defined by book IV of the part of the public order code (these missions will be specified in phase 2 of submission of proposals and in the CCAP):
