From its central kitchen, the City of Crépy-en-Valois produces and delivers cold meals for school restaurants. Approximately 750 meals are served per day during school and 200 meals a day outside school hours. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the supply of food necessary for the proper functioning of the city's central kitchen. The City of Crépy-en-Valois and its CCAS have expressed the desire to optimize their mass of purchases while maintaining, or even improving the quality of service that is rendered in the field that may affect them. They also want to finalize a contract in due form respecting the rules of the public order. Thus, the communities presented under the heading "Additional information" decided to set up a group of orders in order to obtain an economically advantageous offer and to pool the procurement procedure.
