The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is for missions of surveyors-topographers and surveyors-experts with integration of a BIM approach for the establishment of topographic surveys and the realization of land services on the heritage of CDC HABITAT and CDC HABITAT SOCIAL located in Ile-de-France and Oise. The services can be carried out with or without the integration of a BIM approach. The execution of the framework agreement will result in the issuance of purchase orders as and when needs arise. This framework agreement is concluded without minimum but with a maximum fixed for its total duration of execution, including renewal periods, at 2,200,000.00 euro (s) HT for all lots. Market in 2 separate lots: - LOT 01-Missions of Surveyors-Topographers- and -LOT 02-Missions of Surveyors-Experts-.

LOT 01-Missions of Surveyor-topographers-This lot concerns missions including in particular the realization of technical documents, topographic surveys, surface calculations, the detection and georeferencing of networks, the update of existing data, the 2D graphic production, the 3D graphic production of the existing. (The services can be carried out with or without integration of a BIM approach corresponding to the 3D graphic production). The execution of the framework agreement will result in the issuance of purchase orders as and when needs arise. This framework agreement is concluded without minimum but with a maximum fixed for its total duration of execution, including renewal periods, at 1,000,000.00 euro (s) HT.

LOT 02-Missions of Surveyors-Experts-This lot concerns missions of a land nature including in particular the development of land documents such as survey documents (or DMPC), parcel statements, contradictory boundaries and recognition of boundaries, co-ownership studies and volume divisions. (The services can be carried out with or without integration of a BIM approach corresponding to the 3D graphic production). The execution of the framework agreement will result in the issuance of purchase orders as and when needs arise. This framework agreement is concluded without minimum but with a maximum fixed for its total duration of execution, including renewal periods, at 1,200,000.00 euro (s) HT.
