The following services are to be provided:
•Carry out tests according to the guidelines for price determination based on cost (Appendix to Regulation PR No. 30/53 - “LSP”).
•Business and tax advice during negotiations with the AN
•Advice in connection with the guiding principles for determining prices based on cost
•Knowledge of the application of the “Regulation PR 30/53 on public procurement prices” and the “Guidelines for price determination based on cost (LSP)”
•Initiate a knowledge transfer process and its documentation.
A project team consisting of the roles of project manager with the qualification of tax advisor, as well as consultant A and consultant B with university studies with a focus on economics. Consultants A and B differ in the level of experience required.

A project team consisting of the roles of project manager (who must be a member of the group of tax advisory professions [auditor, tax advisor, sworn accountant, lawyer]), as well as consultant A and consultant B with university studies with a focus on economics. Consultants A and B differ in the level of experience required.
The maximum retrievable maximum value of the framework agreement is €672,150.00 net. The outline agreement ends when the total of the release values of all single releases reaches the maximum value. The term of the framework agreement is 3 years, with the option to extend it for another year, provided that the total net volume of €672,150.00 has not yet been fully used up.
