Procurement of a digital microscope

As part of an innovation network, TITV Greiz is planning to procure a digital microscope. In the innovation network, prototypes are developed in various projects. The digital microscope will be used for the examination, documentation and evaluation of these prototypes as well as their basic materials and functionalizations such as coatings, sensor threads or conductive materials. A special feature here is said to be the possibility of 3D analyses thanks to the motorized Z-stroke. As a result, 3D textiles such as spacer fabrics and partial coatings can be comprehensively mapped and measured. An integrated evaluation software should also enable the generation of sections (profile) for depth analysis as well as a distribution analysis for e.g. coatings or particles.
