Unlimited tender for the supply of electricity (Supply of electricity - Purchasing Group No. XXVIII / 2019 Voltra) for the units indicated in section I

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with applicable provisions, quality standards of the EP Act and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on specific conditions for the functioning of the power system for the subject of consumption points participating in the proceedings, the list of which is in Annex 1.a, 1.b, 1.c.
