As part of the award procedure, a clinical document management system for mapping a digital patient file is to be procured for Hannover Medical School (MHH) and the scanning and archiving of patient files is to be awarded to a service provider

Clinical document management system for mapping a digital patient record

As part of the award procedure, a clinical document management system for mapping a digital patient file from scratch is to be implemented for the Hannover Medical School (MHH). Three aspects are particularly important: 1. Increasing the quality of the digitization of patient records according to BSI specifications. 2. Classification of documents (KDL) according to IHE standards (Value Sets) into 13 classes, 57 subclasses and 407 document classes. 3. Fully electronic transmission of the process files to the MDK.

For these changed requirements, expertise is necessary, which cannot currently be built up internally. In the course of this, the scanning and archiving of patient files is to be outsourced to a service provider who has the necessary expertise.

The award procedure consists of the following 2 lots:

Lot 1 Clinical document management system for mapping a digital patient record

Lot 2: Scanning and archiving patient records
