The new 4-compartment sports hall with multi-purpose use is located at the school center on the Haguenau in Weissenburg in Bavaria. The two- to three-story building is accessed over two levels using the natural topography. The four-way sports hall is directly accessible on the ground floor via the representative entrance in the north. The foundation is conventional as a flat foundation, consisting of a reinforced base plate d = at least 50 cm. The sports hall is a solid structure with a wooden roof structure . Massive reinforced concrete slabs (d = 20-30 cm), some with beams, coverings and wall-like beams lie on reinforced concrete walls and / or reinforced concrete columns. The vertical load transfer essentially takes place via the supports and walls up to the foundations. The main girders of the roof structure are built as a wooden roof structure made of glued girders and wooden sandwich panels with acoustic requirements. The roof structure consists of a vapor barrier, thermal insulation and plastic film. The stairs are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. Window openings are designed as a glass facade with a mullion / transom structure. Reinforced concrete walls (d = 20-40 cm, load-bearing) are partially filled and painted. Non-load-bearing interior walls are designed as plasterboard stud walls.
