Birmingham City Council is seeking for a broker service to manage the provision of energy management and water services and provide specialist advice and market intelligence to assist and support the strategic management of the portfolios.

The contract will be for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of twelve months extension subject to satisfactory performance or changes in market conditions.
