The purpose of this contract is to recruit a company in charge of a Planning, Steering and Urban Coordination Mission (OPCU), which covers all the operational studies of the southern sectors of the ZAC Liesse II and planned works. within 13 years of the duration of the OPCU market:

- the studies and the works of development of the public spaces of the ZAC, under control of work of Cergy-Pontoise planning (CPA),

- the projects of the builders, the interventions of the dealers or third parties, in interface with the project. The tasks entrusted by this contract to the OPCU provider are specified in the CCTP.
