The subject of the contract includes the provision of services in the scope of: Cleaning of paved areas and internal areas in the indicated buildings managed by ZGN divided into parts: Part I - the area of the Residents Service Administration No. 2; Part II - the area of the Residents Service Administration No. 3; Part III - the area of the Residents Service Administration No. 4; Part IV - the area of the Residents Service Administration No. 5.
Part I - the area of the Residents Service Administration No. 2The subject of the contract in Part I includes: cleaning of external paved areas managed by ZGN, cleaning of areas inside indicated buildings managed by ZGN and comprehensive cleaning of internal office space at ZGN and AOM 2 premises in the absence of a person employed as a cleaner. Part II - the area of the Residents Service Administration No. 3The subject of the contract in part II includes: cleaning of external paved areas managed by ZGN, cleaning of areas inside indicated buildings managed by ZGN, mechanical cleaning of garage halls and comprehensive cleaning of internal office areas at the AOM 3 headquarters in the absence of a person employed as a cleaner.

Part III - the area of the Residents Service Administration No. 4The subject of the contract in Part III includes: cleaning of external paved areas managed by ZGN, cleaning of areas inside indicated buildings managed by ZGN and comprehensive cleaning of internal office space at the AOM 4 headquarters in the absence of a person employed as a cleaner.

Part IV - the area of the Residents Service Administration No. 5The subject of the contract in part IV includes: cleaning of external paved areas managed by ZGN, cleaning of areas inside indicated buildings managed by ZGN, maintaining order and cleanliness in the garage building (washing and sweeping) at Jagiellońska 47L street and comprehensive cleaning of internal office space at the AOM 5 headquarters in the absence of a person employed as a cleaner.
