Contract for the execution of statutory inspections and maintenance of ABA systems of type IQ8 in Gentofte MunicipalityThis sub-contract concerns the conclusion of a contract that includes service inspections of Gentofte Municipality's automatic fire alarm system (ABA), including related systems such as Automatic Fire Door Closing (ABDL), Automatic Fire Ventilation System (ABV), Warning System (AVA). The sub-agreement only covers installations of the type IQ8 (10 plants).
Gentofte Municipality's ABA plants are of several different types of manufacturers. Plants from manufacturers such as Autronica and Siemens are not included in lot 1, but tenders for these plants can be submitted in lots 2 and 3. Open plants run in parallel limited tenders.
The contract includes other associated services such as fault direction, component replacement, adjustment of O-plans and possible conversion of plants. It is also the responsibility of the supplier to provide adequate plant documentation in case of changes, conversions or extensions.
