BWRI: Bedrijf voor Werk, Reintegration en Inkomen is the implementer of the Participation Act for the municipality of Midden-Groningen. BWRI stands for an inclusive society in which everyone counts. BWRI's strategy is that we have everything in-house as much as possible. We have our own apprenticeship company/Development company for all target groups at the bottom of society. We continue to work together in the labour market region and coordinate our services with other apprenticeship companies.
The current housing of BWRI, does not suffice. BWRI is now spread over 3 buildings. This hinders the service to the inhabitants. A second problem is that the 3 current buildings are very outdated. Research shows that central new construction is the most suitable for BWRI.
An impression of the new building is included in the BWRI Images Appendix. No rights can be derived from this.
The work concerns the new building for the BWRI at the current BWRI location at De Molenraai 1 in Sappemeer and will be shared with the tenderers in the award phase by means of a specification.
Size
The new building for BWRI has a GFA of approx. 6,000 m2 spread over 3 floors. The office area is approx. 2200 m2, work company / production approx. 1800 m2, warehouse / forwarding approx. 2000 m2. The level of ambition is energy neutral (ENG).
