Bolton at Home would like to invite tenders for the provision of Building Works Contractor Framework Agreement to Bolton at Home Group.

Bolton at Home is seeking to award a place on the framework to contractors that can provide the services required as outlined within the tender documents, the number of contractors on each lot will be a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10.

Scope of works will be to external structures and internal work and potentially associated infrastructure and/or environmental work. The scope of works are divided into Lots as below:-

Lot 1 – General Building

Lot 2 – Structural

Lot 3 – Domestic Remedial Property Works

Lot 4 – Day to Day R&M

Lot 5 – Roofing

Lot 6 – Small Traders (annual turnover less than £400k)

Contractors can bid for 1 Lot or Multiple Lots.

The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) and the

evaluation criteria is as follows:-

Stage 1 – Selection Questionnaire - Pass/Fail

Stage 2 – Quality inc Social Value – 60%

Stage 3 – Pricing – 40%

It is anticipated the start date for the framework will commence in October 2023.
