The state enterprise Geobasisinformation und Vermessung Sachsen (GeoSN) intends to award the security services for the object Olbrichtplatz 3 (service area and service building) of the GeoSN for the period 1.3.2020 to 29.2.2024.

The detailed description can be found under point 4 of the tender document.

According to points 4.1 and 4.2 of the tender document the following services have to be provided

4.1) Control and follow-up service

4.1.1) Service:

- Monday to Friday from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm (not on public holidays), including the telephone availability of the VdS-approved emergency call center,

- opening of the service area and the service building at 5:30,

- closing the service area and the service building at 20:30,

- 6:00 o'clock to 20:00 o'clock mandatory presence in the gate area (corresponds to the framework working time of the GeoSN).

4.1.2) Personnel deployment and service clothing

- the contractor guarantees that the staff to be recruited has the required knowledge of the German language in spoken and written and can apply it accordingly,

- The staff to be employed is to be provided by the client with a uniform service uniform including name tag.

4.1.3) Services / tasks in the execution of the order

The contractor is responsible for the following tasks. The deployed personnel have the duty to perform their tasks with the utmost dedication, constant attention and vigilance in all conditions.

- Enforcement of the house right in accordance with the GeoSN, security of the service area and averting damages. Initiation of emergency measures in case of accidents,

- opening and closing the service building and grounds at Olbrichtplatz 3 (including closing the gate and the adjoining gate),

- supervision of access to the service building and premises Olbrichtplatz 3,

- operating the intercom and barrier to the entrance,

- opening the barrier system at the end of work,

- Activate and deactivate the burglary alarm system (EMA) at the service building Olbrichtplatz 3,

- Monitoring and operation of the hazard warning systems (BMA, EMA) and the initiation of emergency measures in dangerous situations.

Including the forwarding of information to third parties commissioned by the client

- commissioning of the elevator system at the beginning of service,

- decommissioning of the elevator system at the end of service,

- carrying out necessary personal emergency exemptions,

- Daily emptying of the official mailbox of GeoSN,

- control of access authorization,

- providing information to visitors and customers,

- Acceptance and handover / forwarding and acknowledgment of postal items of any kind,

- acceptance of deliveries (inspection, storage, documentation),

- transfer of telephone calls,

- Delivery and receipt of the service vehicle folders including proper checking of the contents of the portfolio for completeness (vehicle papers, fuel card, logbook),

- Close the window, switch the light on and off in stairwells and corridors,

- close windows and turn off lights in meeting rooms to the end of the service,

- Close the window and turn off the lights in the sanitary facilities to the end of the service,

- emergency handling,

- fast and safe reaction in exceptional situations

- Implementation of support or emergency measures at the client in the event of fire, disasters and evacuation (eg by keeping the escape and rescue routes clear, fighting an incipient fire with manual fire extinguishers, evacuation of persons to be evacuated etc.,

- keeping a service book documenting the surrender of the guards, incidents and events, as well as the intervention of intervention forces,

- Personnel changes are to the customer in time (usually 4 weeks before) with presentation of a current police certificate of good conduct (without entry)
