The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the buildings of the Poviat Starosty in Krakow and organizational units of the Krakow Poviat in the period from signing the contract until 31.12.2023 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the buildings of the Poviat Starosty in Krakow and organizational units of the Krakow Poviat in the period from signing the contract until 31.12.2023 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law.

2. The detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract and the locations where the buildings covered by the contract are located shall include:

1) Draft contract – Annex No. 8 to SWZ;

2) List of electricity consumption points – Annex 1 to the contract.

3. This contract does not include electricity distribution services.

4. The amounts of electricity consumption for individual locations given by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the draft agreement are estimates and are a forecast amount to be valued in the price offer. The expected electricity consumption is an estimate and is used only to compare offers.
