The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of comprehensive cleaning of buildings and facilities of the Ordering Party together with separate zones and/or restricted areas to which access is limited (i.e. zones where access is possible only after obtaining a temporary identification card and access card, in accordance with the Pass Instruction of the Warsaw Modlin Airport and after undergoing security control), i.e.: the Passenger Terminal building with a total area of 12,800.00 m² and the external area around the building with a total area of approx. 3,000 m²; SD building (No. 24) with a total area of 300 m² with a social container of approx. 30 m²; container facility on the west side of the Airport with a total area of 81.10 m²; PPK – Cargo facility with an area of approx. 950 m² with a separate place for press containers.

The contractor is also obliged to deliver and arrange mats in individual buildings.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of comprehensive cleaning of buildings and facilities of the Ordering Party together with separate zones and/or restricted areas to which access is limited (i.e. zones where access is possible only after obtaining a temporary identification card and access card, in accordance with the Pass Instruction of the Warsaw Modlin Airport – hereinafter referred to as: pass instruction – and after undergoing security control), i.e.:

1.1. the passenger terminal building with a total area of 12,800.00 m² and the outdoor area around the building with a total area of approx. 3,000 m². A detailed description of the subject of the contract, within the scope of the Passenger Terminal building, is attached as Annex 1 A to the SWZ together with Annexes 1A.1 – 1A.5 to the SWZ;

1.2. SD building (No. 24) with a total area of 300 m² with a social container of approx. 30 m². The SD facility is located on the restricted side of the airport, approx. 900 m from the Passenger Terminal building in a straight line. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, within the scope of the SD building, is attached as Annex 1 B to the SWZ;

1.3. a Container facility on the west side of the Airport with a total area of 81.10 m² consisting of free-standing containers as an office/social base and a social/technical container. The facility is located on the restricted side of the airport at a distance of approx. 500 m from the Passenger Terminal building in a straight line on the west side. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, in the scope of the container facility, is attached as Annex 1 C to the SWZ;

1.4. the PPK – Cargo facility with an area of approx. 950 m² with a separate place for press containers, free-standing on the non-proprietary side of the airport near the Main Pass Point. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, in the scope of the container facility, is attached as Annex 1 D to the SWZ

2. In addition, as part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver and arrange, at its own expense and maintain order and cleanliness, mats (periodic cleaning and washing – at least once a week), in individual buildings of the Company, in accordance with Annex 1 E to SWZ;

3. General assumptions regarding the subject of the contract are included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

4. 80 % of the service provision areas are located in the security restricted and separate building areas (i.e. secured by access control).

5. Employees of the Contractor who will directly participate in the performance of the contract shall be trained, at the contractor's expense, by an authorized representative of the Ordering Party, in the scope of internal regulations in force at the Ordering Party, including m.in:

5.1. Civil aviation security awareness training;

5.2. Safety management system training;

5.3. Fire protection training Warsaw Modlin Airport, evacuation from the Terminal and other MPL facilities and conducting and participating in rescue and firefighting operations;

5.4. Training in the rules of moving around the Warsaw Modlin Airport.

6. In addition, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor, at its own expense, to obtain temporary airport identification cards, authorizations to transfer items for employees and possibly temporary passes for vehicles, if there is a legitimate operational reason to enter the security restricted area. The costs of training and temporary identification cards referred to above are specified in the Price List of non-air service fees of Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the "price list of non-air fees", constituting Annex No. 15 to THE SWZ.

7. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the Ordering Party's internal procedures regarding the control of access to persons and vehicles, the import and export of materials to the security restricted area (in accordance with the pass instructions)
