The development area on both sides of Steinhauser Strasse is predominantly characterised by residential use. The contract will run until mid-2023. Neighbourhood management, which was also identified and developed in the Integrated Development Concept as a central approach within social urban funding, is to be continued in the coming years, in particular in order to continue or complete the measures that have been started.

We kindly ask you to submit an offer for the creation of a concept for the establishment of a successful and sustainable neighbourhood management in the area of social cohesion "an der Steinhauser Straße".
