development of a construction design and executive designs along with obtaining administrative decisions necessary for the construction of Ciszewskiego Street on the section from Kiedacza Street to Rzeczypospolitej Avenue as part of the investment task entitled Construction of Ciszewskiego Street on the section of Kiedacza Street - Rzeczypospolitej Avenue - preparatory works.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) performance of preparatory works,

2) obtaining a decision on environmental conditions (SPD) along with the execution of all necessary studies in order to obtain it;

3) obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment along with the execution of all necessary studies in order to obtain it,

4) development of promotional and informational materials,

5) development of a construction project,

6) preparation of detailed projects,

7) development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,

8) development of maps with the planned division of real estate,

9) preparation of bills of quantities,

10) preparation of the investor's cost estimate and the cost estimate form for the offer,

11) performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works.
