The Studierendenwerk Münster intends to modernize the student housing complex Gescherweg 70-84 in Münster in the coming years.

The up to 7-storey residential complex consists of two differently sized multi-storey buildings with 722 residential spaces (BRI approx. 60,000 m 3 / NF ca.19 500 m 2 ) which is accessed via several inputs (AD component I, 6-7 storey and E + F component II, 3-4 storey).

The plant was handed over in 1974 to its destination.

The existing washed concrete facade was tested in 2006 for stability and should remain on the building. However, an energetic optimization of the facade surfaces (ETICS) and new windows (triple glazing) are provided in compliance with the requirements of the current EnEV. Possibly. Additional energy measures required to comply with the KfW 70 standard should be taken into account.

- 20 pieces curtain rail, two-legged

- 4 pieces of interior blinds 3.40 mx 3.80 m.
