1. The subject of the contract is the development of the network traffic security system in the form of Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions. The Ordering Party currently has the following components:

a) Palo Alto PA-5220 Firewall. Pcs. 2

b) Palo Alto PA-3410 Firewall, pcs. 2

c) PaloAlto PA-3220 Firewall, pcs. 1

d) PaloAlto PA-450 Firewall, szt. 6

e) Panorama VM central management system for 25 physical firewalls.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the type and number of equipment, is specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

3. The detailed scope of duties is specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference) and in the Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference).

A. The subject of the contract is the development of the network traffic security system in the form of Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions. The Ordering Party currently has the following components:

1. Palo Alto PA-5220 Firewall pcs. 2

2. Firewall Palo Alto PA-3410 pcs. 2

3. Firewall PaloAlto PA-3220 pcs. 1

4. PaloAlto PA-450 firewall pcs. 6

5. Panorama VM central management system for 25 physical firewalls

B. The expansion consists in the delivery of a new cluster of devices (only as two devices combined into a high-availability cluster) compatible with the existing components and service support for the currently owned Panorama central management system.

C. The subject of the order must be brand new, never used before, coming from a legal distribution channel registered in Poland, admitted to the market, meeting CE standards.

D. The Ordering Party requires that the offered devices (firewalls) are available and serviced by the Manufacturer and will not be withdrawn from sale and support by the Manufacturer (published documents, e.g. End-of-Sale or End-of-Life) on the date of submitting the offer.

E. The Contracting Authority requires that all supplied devices and software packages are tested in market practice.

F. The Ordering Party requires that all functionalities described in this document that require the manufacturer's update/support be available for at least 12 months.

G. The device and its associated system software must be covered by the manufacturer's full service (it is not allowed to offer software e.g. in the Beta version). The date of its availability is assumed by the Ordering Party to be the publication of a specific version of the software offered (version with full support) on the website of the Manufacturer of the solution.

H. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered devices are covered by a warranty / support in the NBD (Next Business Day) regime carried out by the Manufacturer's service or the Manufacturer's authorized service.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the type and number of devices, is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ.
