The First Ark Group consists of five companies; First Ark Ltd, KHT, Vivark, Oriel and One Ark.

First Ark sought bids for a single cleaning contractor to provide a cleaning and window cleaning service across its new Bluebell Park Apartments located in the Huyton area of Knowsley.

The contract includes an Extra Care Facility containing 101 one and 2 bedroom apartments with extensive communal areas including restaurant, lounge area, hairdresser, activity and lobby rooms, and an Older Person Shared Ownership building which also contains large communal corridors.

Services required under this contract are expected to include cleaning, internal/external window cleaning, hygiene and wash-room services and the provision of consumables (such as toilet rolls and washing up liquid) under this contract for communal areas and periodic cleaning and laundry services for the guest suite.
