OI have a requirement to provide medical equipment that can satisfy the following:
A mortuary system that can be transported via armed forces air transport capabilities directly to a field hospital in an operational environment. The system would be able to be set up and operated by an appropriately trained user.
A clinical waste incinerator system that can be transported and operated as above.
A system that provides the least possible logistic need, is easily constructed with little to no specialist tools. The components required to construct the complete working system, including spares, will need to be man portable.
An example of the bidder proposed solution must be available for trials in January 2020.
Bidders are able to bid for each lot individually or both.
The contractor will also be required to provide maintenance, servicing, repair and supply of spare parts.
The proposed contract is to be 5 years, with an option to extend in 1-year increments twice.
