4. Scope of the subject of the contract: the subject of the contract includes:

1) delivery and implementation of a Netflow system for data flow monitoring in the West Pomeranian OW NFZ in Szczecin,

2) delivery and implementation of a Netflow system for monitoring data flow at the NFZ Head Office in Warsaw.The ordering party requires granting a minimum 36-month manufacturer's warranty on the subject of the contract along with service and technical assistance.

5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the Ordering Party's requirements for implementation and acceptance shall be specified by:

1) description of the object of the order (Annex 1 to SWZ),

2) the proposed provisions of the contract (part 2 to SWZ).
