The present framework agreement is not exclusive. The client reserves the right to put the present traffic safety measures out to public tender and to award them, even in competition.

The works will be awarded under a framework agreement for temporary work. The Contractor undertook to perform defined services on demand (individual order) by the Contracting Authority under the conditions set out in the Framework Agreement. In addition, the work must be carried out by experienced specialists of the contractor. Workers on the part of the Client are not available to the Contractor.
