Responses to all requests for clarification are published as an attachment to the announcement of participation at least 18 days before the established deadline for submitting applications in SEAP in the corresponding section of the procurement procedure in stage 1, and at least 11 days before the established deadline for submitting offers in SEAP in stage 2.
