Open telematic procedure for the executive design also through the use of specific electronic methods and tools such as modeling for construction and infrastructure (hereinafter also "BIM") and for the subsequent execution of works aimed at the construction of three new buildings of Public Residential Building for 63 new housing built in a lot of municipal property located in the municipality of Calenzano, via Sandro Pertini.
The intervention will be carried out under the PNRR - M5 - C2 - INVESTMENT 2.3 - PINQuA (Interministerial Decree no. 395 of 16/09/2020 - Innovative Program for the Quality of Living - NATIONAL RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE PLAN) Proposal ID301 "New Ca.Se Project. – Quality of living and social cohesion" – intervention ID413 "New Urban Center – Excerpt 1". The intervention lot can be identified with cadastral parcel 1293/1299, sheet 61 owned by the Municipality of Calenzano, also identifiable at the following Google Maps coordinates: 43.86137249914226, 11.168220494480309.
The three buildings consist of three levels plus a common basement.
The specific description of all the activities covered by this contract is contained in the Special Specifications Part II - Services with regard to the services of Architecture and Engineering related to the assignment of the executive and the related technical professional activities, in the Descriptive Specification and Performance of the technical elements that are part of the tender documents with regard to the works to be performed.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 6 of Ministerial Decree no. 312 of 2 August 2021, in consideration of the amount of the works based on the tender, the entire contract must be carried out using electronic modeling methods and tools for construction and infrastructure (BIM), according to the methods described in the Information Specifications (CI) and included in the Technical Offer.
