Subscription of insurance contracts covering statutory risks for the non-solidary control group of the Communauté de Communes coeur du Var, the following member municipalities and establishment: Commune and CCAS of Le Luc en Provence, Municipality of Besse sur Issole, Municipality of Cabasse sur Issole, Municipality of Carnoules, Municipality of Flassans sur Issole, Municipality of GONFARON, Commune of les mayons, Commune of PIGNANS, Commune of Puget ville and the Commune of THORONET

The duration of the contract is 4 years from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2027, with the option of annual termination for either party by giving 6 months' notice before 1 January of each year. For the Municipality of Besse-sur-Issole, the duration of the contract is 3 years from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, with the option of annual termination for either party subject to 6 months' notice before 1 January of each year
