The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Sitno, which is implemented as part of the project "Renewable energy in the Municipality of Sitno - Photovoltaics".

2. Description of the investment.

The investment will consist in the delivery and installation of 300 photovoltaic installations in individual residential buildings throughout the Municipality of Sitno with a capacity of min. 3.20 kWp each and on 15 public buildings belonging to the Municipality of Sitno, i.e.:

1) The building of the Municipal Office of Sitno with a capacity of min. 12.00 kWp.

2) The building of the Cultural Center with Library in Sitno with a power of min. 10.80 kWp.

3) The building of the Senior + Day Home in Stanisławka with a power of min. 20.00 kWp.

4) The building of the Firefighting Museum in Cześniki with a power of min. 4.80 kWp.

5) The building of the fire station Osp Czołki with a power of min. 4.00 kWp.

6) The building of the fire station Osp Kolonia Sitno power min. 5.60 kWp.

7) The building of the Fire Station Osp Stanisławka with a capacity of min. 3.20 kWp.

8) The building of the Primary School in Cześniki with a capacity of min. 15.20 kWp.

9) The building of the Primary School in Jarosławiec with a capacity of min. 36.00 kWp.

10) The building of the School Complex in Sitno with a capacity of min. 21.60 kWp.

11) The building of the Village Common Room God's Gift with the power of min. 3.20 kWp.

12) The building of the Horyszów Rural Common Room - Nowa Kolonia with a power of min. 3.20 kWp.

13) The building of the Horyszów Village Common Room Polish with a capacity of min. 3.60 kWp.

14) The building of the Janówka Rural Common Room with a power of min. 3.20 kWp.

15) Hydrophore building in Sitno with a capacity of min. 4.80 kWp.

4.3. The scope of the contract includes:

- installation of photovoltaic panels on a structure intended for a designated place of installation,

- installation of inverters and other devices,

- installation of complete wiring,

- installation of surge protection,

- bringing AC wires to the place of the existing building fuse board and adapted to connect a new circuit,

- preparation of as-built documentation,

- all other work necessary for the task to be considered complete,

- performing control tests and measurements,

- taking at least 4 photos, one for the panels, the second for the inverter, the third for the wiring the fourth for the obtained value of the protective grounding made in such a way that the reading from the meter and the place of the control terminal can be seen,

- execution in 2 copies of as-built documentation in paper version and ex. in electronic version ripped on a portable device to as-built documentation, annexed copy of the set. applications to PGE,

- commissioning.
