Market for the maintenance of green spaces and pruning on the heritage of Pays de Meaux Habitat. This is an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles R2124-2 1° and R 2161-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. This contract will take effect from the date appearing on the notification (provisionally on 1 January 2023) and will end on 31 December 2023. At the end of this period, it may be subject to three express renewals for a respective period of 12 months.

Maintenance of green spaces on the heritage of Pays de Meaux Habitat Lot n°1 includes services at fixed prices and services at unit prices constituting a framework agreement without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 50,000 euros excluding tax annually concluded with an economic operator and executed as and when purchase orders are issued without negotiation and reopening of competition pursuant to Articles R 2162-2 paragraph 2 and R 2162-13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code.

Pruning on the heritage of Pays de Meaux Habitat Lot n°2 includes services at unit prices constituting a framework agreement without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 150,000 euros ht annually concluded with an economic operator and executed as and when purchase orders are issued without negotiation and reopening of competition pursuant to Articles R 2162-2 paragraph 2 and R 2162-13 and 14 of the Code of the Public Order.
