The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities in the period from 1.02.2023 to 31.01.2024.

The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities in the period from 1.02.2023 to 31.01.2024.

Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and executive regulations to this Act and Polish Standards.

The estimated demand for electricity for facilities in the period from 01.02.2023 to 31.01.2024 is 1 350 923 kWh. Determination of the estimated demand for electricity is an element used to select the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given quantities
