1. The subject of the contract is the planting and maintenance of 703 pcs. trees as part of the Poznań Civic Budget project entitled "Green Poznań". The order is divided into four lots.
2. The Contracting Authority requires a minimum of 36 months of guarantee for planting and maintenance (maintenance) of trees being the subject of the contract.
3. A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the model contract constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.
4. The Contractor is obliged to read the Ordinance of the President of the City of Poznań No. 399/2022/P on the protection of trees and the development of green areas in Poznań, by adopting tree protection standards and take into account its provisions in the implementation of the contract.
Part I: Planting and maintenance of 205 trees as part of the "Green Poznań" project.1. The subject of the contract is the planting and maintenance of 205 trees as part of the Poznań Civic Budget project.
2. The detailed location of the places to be planted shall include:
- Annex 3a to the Agreement – tabular list,
- Annex 3b to the Agreement – maps;
3. The list of tree species is indicated in the table, i.e. in point 2.1.4. Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the contract.
4. The Contracting Authority requires a minimum of 36 months of guarantee for planting and maintenance (care) of trees being the subject of the contract.
