The object of this award procedure is the conclusion of a service contract for the collection, transport and delivery of the daily addressed addressed mail items in accordance with the provisions of the Postal Act in conjunction with the Postal Universal Service Ordinance. The business mail contains individual letters, form letters and letters with value added services (eg "registered mail" or "postal delivery documents"). The transport of press products is not part of this invitation to tender.

The total annual letter volume amounts to approx. 430,000 letter items up to 1 000 g. The delivery by throw-in at the recipient is basically done domestically. Foreign letters are to be transported to a limited extent.

Service for the daily transportation and delivery of letter mail items and mailings of the BMW BKK. The shipment volume comprises approximately 360,000 shipments "E + 1" per year. The destination addresses are within the FRG, in some cases international letters arrive. Pickup location is at the production site of the commissioned by the BMW BKK printing services in 83229 Aschau.

Service for the daily transportation and delivery of letter mail items and mailings of the BMW BKK. The shipment volume comprises approximately 70,000 shipments "E + 1" per year. The destination addresses are within the Federal Republic of Germany, occasionally foreign letters and letters with value-added services accrue. The pick-up locations are the BMW BKK locations in 84130 Dingolfing and 80809 Munich.
