The contracting authority divided the contract into five lots, including: 1) 1) "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate located in Sector I in the Municipality of Kłobuck" – Part I", 2) "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate located in Sector II in the Municipality of Kłobuck – Part II", 3) "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate, located in Sector III in the Municipality of Kłobuck – Part III", 4) "Collection and management of renovation and construction waste collected by owners of residential real estate, in "big-bag" bags directly from the resident's property – Part IV", 5) "Collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Kłobuck at Łąkowa Street – Part V" in accordance with separate Item Descriptions Orders attached to the Terms and Conditions Specification
Collection and management of mobile waste from residential real estate located in Sector I1.The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream from real estate located in Sector I in the Municipality of Kłobuck in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill as part of the entrusted task. Basic data concerning Sector I as well as the Contractor's obligations related to the performance of the contract are presented in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for part I (Annex 4 to the SWZ). 2. Number of boxes of multi-unit buildings located in the Municipality of Kłobuck: 39 (37 in Kłobuck, 1 in Łobodno, 1 in Kamyk). 2) Number of people living in real estate in Sector I according to the declaration (as at 31.12.2022): 3031 people. 3) The list of boxes and the number of containers of a certain capacity in multi-unit buildings, from which the Contractor will be obliged to collect municipal waste, is described in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 4 to the Terms of Contract.
Collection and management of mobile waste from residential real estate located in Sector II1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream from real estate located in Sector II in the Municipality of Kłobuck: - equipping residential properties with containers for the collection of selectively collected glass and glass packaging, - equipping residential real estate with bags for: plastics and plastic packaging, multi-material packaging and metal packaging, paper, cardboard and paper and cardboard packaging, biodegradable waste that ensures that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced as part of the assigned task. Basic data concerning Sector II as well as the Contractor's obligations related to the performance of the contract are presented in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for Part II (Annex 5 to the SWZ). Note1: The Contractor is obliged to equip all properties inhabited in Sector II with the required containers for glass waste and bags for selective waste collection, which should meet the requirements of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906). Note2: First equipment: • containers for mixed municipal waste are provided by the Municipal Office, • containers for selectively collected glass waste are provided by the Contractor. 2. Number of inhabited single-family properties located in Sector II on the basis of submitted declarations: approx. 2848 3) Number of people living in real estate in Sector II according to the declaration (as at 31.12.2022): 7818 4) Sector II includes single-family properties located in the following geodetic precincts: Brody Malina, Kłobuck, Niwa – Skrzeszów, Osoki – Pustkowie, Przybyłów, Rybno, Smugi, Zagórze, Zakrzew; 5) The scope of the contract also includes the collection of waste from the property with difficult access, due to the parameters and condition of the road surface specified in the table in point 3.3 of the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream from real estate located in Sector III in the Municipality of Kłobuck: - equipping residential properties with containers for the collection of selectively collected glass and glass packaging, - equipping residential properties with bags for: • plastics and plastic packaging, multi-material packaging and metal packaging, • paper, cardboard and paper and cardboard packaging, • biodegradable waste that ensures that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced. Basic data concerning Sector III as well as the Contractor's obligations related to the performance of the contract are presented in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for Part III (Annex 6 to the SWZ). Number of inhabited single-family properties located in Sector III on the basis of submitted declarations: approx. 2038; 3.Number of persons living in real estate in Sector III according to the declaration (as at 31.12.2022): 6306; 4.Sector III includes single-family real estate located in the following geodetic precincts: Biała Dolna, Biała Górna, Borowianka, Gruszewnia, Lgota, Libidza, Łobodno, Nowa Wieś, Kopiec, Kamyk; 5.The scope of the contract also includes the collection of waste from the property with difficult access, due to the parameters and condition of the road surface listed in the table in point 3.3. Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 6 to the Terms of Contract.
Reception and management. A. Rem. –Bud. in big-bags directly from the property1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of renovation and construction waste collected by owners of residential real estate, in "big-bag" bags directly from the resident's property. 2. The Contractor is obliged to cover the service of collection, transport and management of selectively collected construction and demolition waste collected in "big-bag" bags collected directly from the resident's property in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order for Part IV constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ. The amount of construction and demolition waste collected directly from the property of the residents of the Kłobuck Commune in big-bags from January to December 2022 was 86.20 Mg. 3. The Contractor's obligations are described in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Annex 7 to the Terms of Contract.
Collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream from PSZOK in Kłobuck1.The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Kłobuck at Łąkowa Street. 2. The Contractor is obliged to include the service of collection, transport and management of waste of selectively collected waste of the following waste: • plastics (including packaging polystyrene), multi-material packaging, metals; • paper and cardboard; • glass and glass waste; •textiles; • waste batteries and accumulators; • used fluorescent lamps / fluorescent lamps; • waste electrical and electronic equipment; • elements removed from used equipment; • packaging containing residues of hazardous substances; • expired drugs and chemicals; • furniture and other bulky waste; • construction and demolition waste, constituting municipal waste, which includes, among others: rubble, insulation materials (including roofing felt, polystyrene, mineral wool), sanitary ceramics, bathtubs, shower cabins, construction joinery; • biodegradable waste; • used tyres from passenger vehicles and two-track vehicles; • ash from home hearths. The scope of the subject of the contract and, inter alia, the obligations of the Contractor are described in the Description of the Subject of the Order for Part V constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
