In order to support the fulfilment of the ESM's mandate, the ESM must communicate with an extensive network of ESM shareholders, investors, external partners and other parties. In order to promote the tasks, initiatives and projects of the ESM, the ESM organises various events. The events are part of the ESM's communication efforts and are an effective channel to reach the ESM's target audience.

ESM events are ultimately led by the ESM Facilities Management Team ("FM Team").

The ESM needs the services of a committed and experienced provider. The ESM wants to sign a framework agreement for 4 years.

The ESM expects that the service provider selected under this procurement process will have to start providing the event management services to the ESM in February 2025.
