In BW is therefore looking for a Partner to (i) carry out its Project for the design, financing, construction, management and operation of a biomethanation unit on the Site and (ii), with regard to the global treatment chain of its SWOTs, offer it a solution for their pretreatment (on or off site)

The form of the Partnership has not been decided at this stage. It may include the formation of a joint venture with the Partner who will be responsible for designing and building the Biomethanation Unit and managing and operating it for an estimated period, at this stage, of 20 years (lifetime/depreciation of the unit)As such, the Partnership will be responsible for the entire biomethanation treatment chain of the SWOT harvested by in BW.

The Partner must

- have a solid experience and knowledge in the global sector of treatment of organic waste (SWOT and / or from companies / agri-food industry) by biomethanization;

- be able to contribute to the financing of the aforementioned project;

- bring a deposit of organic waste (complementary to the SWOT collected by in BW) in order to feed the Unit
