Fine cleaning

GWG Ingolstadt is carrying out the construction of a new residential complex with daycare center in Stargarder Straße, consisting of 5 houses, including 2 high-rise buildings with 12 or 18 upper floors and a large underground car park. The master builder work has been in progress since August of last year, and the construction of façade and finishing trades began in 2022.

Final cleaning of a total of 161 apartments, access areas and stairwells divided into 5 buildings, including 2 high-rise buildings with 12 or 18 upper floors

Inspection and cleaning of exterior surfaces, flat roofs and the TG incl. collection and disposal of waste

Floor surfaces screed, concrete coated, impregnated, total approx. 6.250m2

Floor areas vinyl, total approx. 8.400m2

Floor areas tiles, total approx. 975m2

Windows, single- and double-leaf, 1.30 / 1.55 / 2.50m x 1.75m, total approx. 555 pieces

Interior doors with / without skylight B 0.76 to 1.135m / 2.135m, total approx. 625 pieces

Facade elements aluminium / glass H up to 3.90m, total approx. 2,375 m2

Courtyard concrete pavement, total approx. 2,500 m2

TG incl. entrance and exit ramp approx. 3,200 m2,
