Object planning of buildings and interiors of the Eiserfeld indoor swimming pool in accordance with Part 3 Section 1 of the HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 to the HOAI. Object planning is a sub-area of the overall planning service. The technical building equipment will be awarded in a separate procedure.

The university town of Siegen intends to renovate the existing Eiserfeld indoor swimming pool. The project essentially comprises:

- Extensive (core) renovation of the entrance, changing room and sanitary area of the existing bathroom

- Energy-efficient renovation of the outer shell of the indoor swimming pool
