The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide a digital consultancy service for the design of Lots 2 and 3 of the appelsprojetscherche.fr portal and optionally Lot 4. The need also relates to the animation and management of the consortium's work with the founding partners of the portal. It is concluded at unit prices and is executed as purchase orders are issued, on the basis of the prices fixed in the financial proposal of the holder. The Framework Agreement is concluded without commitment on the minimum amount and with commitment on the maximum amount, over its overall duration, fixed at 1,200,000 euros (excl.). It is concluded for an initial period of 12 months, renewable 3 times
