Description: the contract may have a shorter duration if there are higher binding provisions for the client, consequent to the failure of the total or partial assignment of the local public transport service by the institutional bodies of the client, which make it impossible to continue in the terms and in the manner provided by the contract itself, considered in its entirety.

The total amount of EUR 3 864 243.83 excluding VAT is broken down as follows:

Pursuant to paragraph 16 of article 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the following labor costs were identified: EUR 3 322 821.25.

The total amount of EUR 9 178 428.09 is broken down as follows:

a) EUR 8 524 636.05 as an amount for the cleaning service to be compensated for fees;

b) EUR 409 149.02 as an amount for the cleaning service, to be compensated on an individual basis;

(c) EUR 150 000.00 as the amount for the small maintenance service to be compensated to measure;

d) EUR 90 875.53 as the amount for the management software option;

e) EUR 3 767.50 for security charges (not subject to a discount).

Pursuant to paragraph 16 of art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the following labor costs were identified: EUR 7 897 260.48.

The total amount of EUR 5 687 870.07 is divided as follows:

a) EUR 5 284 725.37 as an amount for the cleaning service to be compensated for fees;

b) EUR 193 061.66 as an amount for the cleaning service to be compensated on an individual basis;

(c) EUR 150 000.00 as the amount for the small maintenance service to be compensated to measure;

d) EUR 56 315.55 as an amount for the management software option;

e) EUR 3 767.50 for security charges (not subject to a discount).

Pursuant to paragraph 16 of art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the following labor costs were identified: EUR 4 872 029.64.

The total amount of EUR 4 294 602.91 is broken down as follows:

a) EUR 3 965 606.74 as an amount for the cleaning service to be compensated for fees;

(b) EUR 132 840.59 as an amount for the cleaning service to be compensated on an individual basis;

(c) EUR 150 000.00 as the amount for the small maintenance service to be compensated to measure;

d) EUR 42 520.82 as an amount for the management software option;

e) EUR 3 634.75 for security charges (not subject to a discount).

Pursuant to paragraph 16 of art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/16 the following labor costs were identified: EUR 3 691 342.66.

The total amount of EUR 3 888 483.70 is divided as follows:

a) EUR 3 496 090.08 as an amount for the cleaning service to be compensated for the fee;

b) EUR 199 260.88 as an amount for the cleaning service to be compensated on an individual basis;

(c) EUR 150 000.00 as the amount for the small maintenance service to be compensated to measure;

d) EUR 38 499.84 as an amount for the management software option;

e) EUR 4 632.90 for security charges (not subject to a discount).

Pursuant to paragraph 16 of article 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the following labor costs were identified: EUR 3 511 737.50.

The total amount of EUR 5 622 096.88 is divided as follows:

a) EUR 5 238 786.74 as an amount for the cleaning service to be compensated for fees;

(b) EUR 173 578.37 as an amount for the cleaning service to be compensated on an ad hoc basis;
