This contract is part of a more comprehensive construction contract for the construction of a new hospital.

The special specification concerns the completion and special techniques part.

The market consists of a firm and seven conditional instalments:

These brackets include the following benefits:

— firm unit: completion and special techniques mainly located in the new building,

— conditional tranche 1: completion of care units 205 and 206,

— conditional tranche 2: transformations of the existing part of the operating room,

— conditional instalment 3: transformations of emergencies,

— conditional slice 4: transformations of the existing part of the imaging

— conditional instalment 5: transformations of the existing part of the MRI,

— conditional tranche 6: transformation of existing locker rooms into a laboratory,

— conditional slice 7: transformation of the current kitchen into stocks and technical premises.

Only the firm slice will be the subject of a firm order. The contracting authority reserves the right not to order the conditional instalments and the tenderer shall not be entitled to any compensation in this case.

If the contracting authority decides to lift the conditional instalment (s), the services concerned will be ordered by means of separate notification letters or order letters. In the event of an order, the tenderer will be notified at least 30 days before the commencement of the conditional instalment of the actual order of the latter.

Conditional instalments can be ordered until provisional receipt of the firm band.
