Reserved public service contract for setting up an external centralized scan service for incoming and outgoing mail

The contract is for setting up an external centralized scan service for incoming and outgoing mail. This activity will make it possible, on the one hand, to digitize all letters and on the other hand, to achieve a continuous management of archives as and when and according to legal standards in the short, medium and long terms.

This contract concerns couriers of the future Provincial Administrative House (MAP). However, the establishment of the centralized scan service may extend to decentralized provincial services such as mental health services (see review clauses).
