The contracting authority is hereby inviting tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for general architect services.

All work performed for the contracting authority should take place in accordance with NS 8402.

The contracting authority is currently experiencing high activities in relation to new buildings and renovation works. In connection with the increasing amount of assignments, additional resources for architect services are required. The contracting authority therefore wants to enter into framework agreements with two architects' offices.

This framework agreement will apply for call-offs for general architect assistance. The contract is intended for minor assignments where there is a need for quick provision of the services. The individual assignments will vary in size from approx. NOK 40,000 - 400,000.

The estimated value of the contracts is NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT (the amount is based on historical accounting figures, and is not binding for the contract)

The maximum value for the signed contracts is NOK 6,500,000 excluding VAT

Offered personnel must normally be available to the contracting authority no later than 2 weeks after call-off.
