In order to increase the efficiency of smoke purification from particulate matter of existing biomass boilers No.5 and No.6, the reliability of the existing smoke condensing economizer and its equipment, as well as the overall energy efficiency of these boilers, the Contracting Entity envisages the implementation of the Project in the Silk Boiler House, which would include the installation of an electrostatic filter (hereinafter referred to as EF), an absorption heat pump (hereinafter referred to as the "ASHS") with other necessary equipment.
