The contract concerns the maintenance service of the public green space period 2023-2025 for the municipality of Arluno. The contract includes all the main and complementary works and supplies, and related assistance, necessary to carry out the general maintenance of public green areas in a workmanlike manner, including the interventions necessary to ensure its perfect conservation.

The contract includes all the main and complementary works and supplies, and related assistance, necessary to carry out the general maintenance of public green areas in a workmanlike manner, including the interventions necessary to ensure its perfect conservation.

The services to be performed in order to ensure proper maintenance of public green areas are as follows:

a) General verification of public green areas, including any interventions necessary to ensure its perfect conservation, such as sowing, fertilization and mulching;

(b) Cutting of turf, including cleaning of leaves, waste grass, paper, waste, etc. and transport of waste material to public landfills;

(c) Grass cutting, cleaning and pruning hedges along cycle paths, including waste collection and transport of waste material to public landfills;

d) Periodic pruning of hedges, flowering bushes, climbing roses, including the transport of waste material to public landfills;

(e) Cutting grass along roadsides, including transporting waste material to public landfills and collecting any waste;

f) Wetting recent plantings (planted for less than 3 years);

g) Maintenance of planters, including cleaning of shrub species, small pruning of dry parts, cleaning of any waste and integration with culture soil and soil and wetting;

h) Maintenance of flower beds, including cleaning of shrub species, small pruning of dry parts, weeding weeds, cleaning from any waste;

i) Ignition, verification of operation and scheduled maintenance of irrigation systems;

j) Verification and report at least 4 times a year – mid-June and mid-October – to be submitted to the DEC on the general state of conservation of the green heritage (lawns, shrubs, tree stability) and irrigation systems, vandal and accidental damage to tree species and green areas in general;

k) Annual update of the Weeding Plan pursuant to DGR 1376 of 11.03.2019 for glyphosate use (2024 and 2025);

l) Expeditious survey on all subjects see > 50 cm;

m) Forwarding of the reports of the interventions carried out in the previous month with indication of the dates, of the programming of the interventions planned for the following month.
